Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS in Industrial Engineering or a related program.
• Interested in Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and Business Analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of process mapping, Lean/Six Sigma, data visualization, Power BI, Visio, or similar tools is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support business process analysis and process improvement initiatives
• Document and map As-Is and To-Be business processes
• Assist in identifying process gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
• Participate in stakeholder discussions, workshops, and process validation activities
• Support Operational Excellence projects and other continuous improvement initiatives
