Job summary

A leading financial services firm in Metro Manila is seeking a Private Equity Operations Associate to manage funds, handle transactions, and collaborate with finance teams. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, with 1-3 years of experience in Private Equity. This role offers a hybrid setup with a salary range of Php 85,000 – Php 90,000.

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Private Equity.
• Experience in private fund accounting is an advantage.
• Amenable to attend interviews and can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Manage the private equity funds and negotiate, manage and oversee credit as needed.
• Handle the transaction in the team that includes cash management and reconciliation.
• Lead the contact on performance reporting in the company.
• Collaborate with finance and investment teams on quarterly performance.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc requests, including investor updates.
