Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a talented graphic designer to join our busy 24/7 presentations team. You will create high-quality presentations and marketing collateral, including conceptual designs, layouts, infographics, and data visuals, collaborating with project coordinators and the Creative Director.

You will refine slides using MS Office, ensure adherence to style guides, and meet tight deadlines while bringing fresh ideas.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of work experience in graphic design or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud apps including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat.
• Familiarity with concept, layout design and data visualization best practices.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality presentations in multiple formats (conceptual designs, layouts, infographics, icons, etc.).
• Enhance slides into visually engaging formats and ensure adherence to style guidelines.
• Collaborate with Project Coordinators and the Creative Director on design projects.
• Assist with pitch book materials using MS Office and provide visual solutions for client materials.
• Communicate with senior clients to interpret concepts visually and adapt to different requirements.
• Ensure deadlines are met and provide smooth handover with Presentations and design teams.
• Proactively raise creative ideas aligned with business objectives.
• Record and summarize client instructions for designers and brief global teams as needed.

Duties

• Produce high-quality presentations in a range of formats including conceptual designs, layout designs, video and photo editing, data visualization, graphs, charts, infographics, illustrations, icons, etc.
• Enhance slides and presentations into visually engaging format
• Working as part of the graphics and presentations team in a busy 24/7 department that produces pitch book materials and other marketing collateral.
• Work alongside Project Coordinators and/or Creative Director on design projects
• Assist with the production of pitch book materials using MS Office packages and offer conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials.
• Communicate with senior-level clients to understand their concepts and interpret them visually. Presentations are frequently created for multiple purposes, so the designer should be able to shift gears and adapt to different requirements.
• Ensure work adheres to all best practices and style guidelines, unless otherwise specified and work toward 100% accuracy against style and brief.
• Organize work effectively to ensure deadlines are met
• Proactively raise creative ideas and emerging trends in line with the business objectives
• Ensure that a smooth handover occurs with Presentations colleagues, as well as design teams
• Escalate any staff or client issues in a timely manner
• Proactively engage with clients to take detailed specifications and work briefs and then ensure such instructions are recorded for global designers to use
• Record and summarize client instructions for designers and brief them on client requirements, if needed

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Creative Design or related.
• Advanced knowledge (work experience of at least 2-4 years) of Adobe Creative Cloud design apps (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional)
• Understanding of foundational GenAI usage/application in Firefly and Adobe CC apps
• Comfortable with Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 10am to 7pm or 11am to 8pm
