Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Finance Operations, or Insurance Operations.
• Experience in Insurance, Employee Benefits, Healthcare Insurance, or Financial Services preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with trend identification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end premium processing activities ensuring timely, accurate transactions.
• Manage premium collections, aged receivables, and credit control to improve cash flow.
• Develop collection strategies with brokers, intermediaries, and policyholders.
• Monitor claims hold and release processes arising from outstanding premiums.
• Oversee SOA reconciliation with brokers and legacy balances clearance.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, financial planning, and utilization monitoring.
• Prepare dashboards, portfolio analysis, and financial reports for decisions.
• Lead process improvements, governance, and transformation for stronger controls.
• Collaborate with Operations, Claims, Marketing, Finance, and external partners.
