Job summary

MOTIBHAI & COMPANY LIMITED seeks an experienced watch technician to perform routine maintenance and repair on timepieces at the NADI, FIJI ISLANDS site. You will diagnose issues, maintain repair records, and collaborate with the team to optimize watch servicing processes.

Candidates should have a diploma or certificate in watch repair and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with mechanical, quartz, and digital watches, with proficiency in calibration and testing equipment.

Qualifications

• With Degree / Trade Certificate / Diploma in Watch Repair or equivalent in the related field.
• With at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position and with strong technical ability.
• Experience in repairing & servicing Mechanical/Auto, Quartz & Digital/Smartwatches such as Seiko, Longines, Tissot, and other similar brands will be an advantage.
• Perform complete watch servicing, including lubrication and assembly, pressure testing & battery replacement.
• Regulate and calibrate automatic and mechanical watch movements for optimal performance.
• Ability to test timepiece accuracy and performance using specialized meters and electronic instruments.
