Job summary

Atlantic Grains Inc is seeking an experienced warehouse associate in Laguna for our Calamba facility. You will load and unload goods, verify quantities, and ensure items meet safety standards while following outbound procedures.

You will operate a forklift when authorized, maintain accurate stock records, and support inventory controls such as FIFO and FEFO to optimize product freshness and accuracy. The role emphasizes collaboration with the warehouse team and other departments to resolve stock

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in engineering, accounting, business, commerce, or IT.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Background in plant operations or milling/food industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check and load items onto trucks based on the Pick List, ensuring accuracy.
• Report issues or discrepancies and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Operate a forklift when authorized.
• Accurately issue Pack-Add items based on customer orders or internal requests.
• Ensure stock withdrawals are documented with complete records.
• Verify delivered Pack-Add stocks against documents and prepare inbound records.
• Store items in assigned areas and coordinate with personnel for proper stacking and quality checks.
• Apply FIFO for packaging and finished goods and FEFO for additives.
• Perform stock rotations, monitor material conditions, and report concerns.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and reconcile inventory records.
