Job summary

Gulf Asia International Corporation is seeking a skilled tile installer to prepare surfaces, lay out patterns from blueprints, cut tiles, apply adhesives, and set tiles with accurate alignment for durable, aesthetic results.

You will grout, seal where required, conduct quality checks on joints and flatness, handle maintenance or repairs, and meet clients to discuss tiling needs, provide quotes, and ensure satisfaction with the finished work on site in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and waterproofing; remove debris to create a base for tiling.
• Interpret blueprints, plan tile patterns, measure and mark surfaces to minimize waste.
• Cut tiles to fit edges and obstacles; apply adhesives and set tiles with proper alignment.
• Grout between tiles, clean excess grout, and seal when required.
• Inspect joints and flatness; correct misalignment to ensure stability and appearance.
• Replace cracked or loose tiles and troubleshoot adhesion issues.
• Meet with clients to discuss tiling needs, provide quotes, and ensure satisfaction.
