Responsibilities

• Perform Sparking EDM operations for spare parts used in tooling and repair projects.
• Manufacture parts that meet dimensional tolerances as specified in technical drawings.
• Program machines using G-Codes for accurate machining processes.
• Fabricate electrodes using milling and lathe machines.
• Maintain and update inventory of tools, accessories, and instruments used for Sparking EDM.
• Machine jigs and fixtures as required for production and tooling support.
• Ensure safety and proper maintenance of machines and tools in the tool room.
• Uphold 5S housekeeping standards and coordination with other departments.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret technical and 2D drawings

Knowledge of Surface Grinding and Milling Machine operations

Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

Education

College level or vocational course in a related field
