Allegro MicroSystems Phils. Inc. in Manila is seeking a diligent Quality Control Inspector to join the Test Quality Control section of the Test Production department.

You will perform inline and offline electrical testing, mechanical and visual inspection, and documentation checks to ensure every lot meets quality standards before moving forward. You will log activities in CAMSTAR, prepare NQD reports for defects, and verify machine setup before each run.

Qualifikationen

• College level education or two-year course completion.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and detailed work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and a highly organized approach to repetitive, precision tasks.
• Willingness to onboard and become certified on the assigned workstation.

Aufgaben

• Perform in-line and offline electrical testing on production lots and verify test programs and samples.
• Conduct mechanical and visual inspection against specifications and escalate defects.
• Complete documentation checks before releasing lots to packing.
• Log all test and inspection data in CAMSTAR and issue NQD reports when needed.
• Verify machine setup with the support group and flag anomalies or downtime.
• Maintain 5S and ESD compliance and keep the station organized.
• Hand off shift endorsements to the next QC and support overtime when required.
