Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' experience operating press brake or similar metal fabrication equipment.
• Press Brake Machine Operation Training.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Knowledge of bending, forming, and fabrication processes.
• Proficient with measuring tools: vernier caliper, tape measure, angle gauge.
• Ability to setup and adjust machines; maintain accuracy and safety.
• Physically fit to handle metal sheets.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brake machines safely and efficiently.
• Set up and adjust machine settings, dies, punches, and tooling based on job requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and measurements.
• Perform accurate bending and forming of metal sheets and plates.
• Measure finished parts using measuring tools such as tape measure, caliper, and angle gauge.
• Inspect finished products to ensure dimensions, angles, and quality meet specifications.
• Perform basic machine cleaning, inspection, and preventive maintenance.
• Identify machine or product defects and report issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area.
• Follow company safety rules, production procedures, and quality standards.
