Job summary

The role requires careful attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends as needed. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years of college with no back subjects or incomplete units.
• Typing speed of minimum 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
• Ability to follow compliance requirements for data and information security.
• English communication skills are good to have but not necessary.
• Willingness to work flexible/rotating schedules including weekends depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Input data in a data entry system following specific keying instructions to meet client accuracy.
• Follow set instructions and processes to complete work.
• Identify problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assess using standard procedures, and make sound decisions.
• Perform routine tasks following specific instructions or under supervision.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail with a high level of concentration.
• Complete repetitive tasks in a quota-driven production environment.
• Understand how assigned duties relate to the team and integration with other teams.
• Use basic standard computer applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications.
• Perform other similar tasks as assigned.
