Job summary

Private Advertiser in Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines is seeking a skilled CNC lathe programmer/operator to program, set up, and run precision turning operations. You will read engineering drawings, adjust tooling, verify tolerances with calipers and micrometers, and troubleshoot basic machine issues while maintaining safety and cleanliness on the shop floor.

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical course.
• Knowledge of G-code/M-code, CNC programming, and machining processes.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledgeable in using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Familiar with cutting tools, tooling setup, speeds, feeds, and machine offsets.
• Basic knowledge of machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
• 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Experience in CNC lathe programming and machine operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathe machines
