Qualifications

• Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Technology, or a related field; college level is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in equipment or power‑tools servicing, preferably in a service center setup.
• Strong capability in diagnosing faults in electrical and mechanical components.
• Skilled in conducting inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of defective units.
• Able to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and repair instructions.
• Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures.
• Good communication skills to provide clear updates regarding repair findings.
• Detail‑oriented with an ability to detect defects and irregularities accurately.
• Organized and capable of handling multiple repair jobs efficiently.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Able to work independently while meeting turnaround timelines.
• Physically capable of handling tools, parts, and repair equipment.

Responsibilities
