Job summary

DXC Technology Philippines in Taguig, NCR, Philippines (On-site) is seeking a Senior Analytics Architect to lead data migration from AWS to Microsoft Fabric and to design enterprise security, governance, and workspace structures. You will craft Power BI reports, semantic models, and advanced DAX measures to enable scalable analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Proven experience in AWS-to-Fabric enterprise architecture or migration.
• Strong knowledge of Fabric tenant administration, security, governance, and workspace management.
• Advanced DAX, Power Query, and SQL skills.
• Strong understanding of Power BI semantic models and data relationships.
• Experience with testing, deployment, defect resolution, and production support.
• Good understanding of DirectQuery architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, integration, and analytics best practices.

• Perform testing, deployment, defect resolution, and production support across development and production environments.
• Apply DirectQuery performance optimization techniques and troubleshoot report/model performance issues.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
• Establish best practices around Fabric governance, deployment, security, performance, and operational support.

• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
