Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of programming or scripting is a plus.
• Willingness to learn Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Ability to understand simple workflows and contribute to process improvement.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of apps using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Work closely with DX Engineers and Team Leads to meet project timelines.
• Perform research on new tools, technologies, and automation techniques.
• Conduct functional testing of applications and provide feedback.
• Prepare user manuals, documentation of processes, and records of test cases, bug reports, and change logs.
