Job summary

DXC Technology Philippines in Taguig is seeking an on-site Enterprise Analytics Architect to lead end-to-end migrations from AWS to Microsoft Fabric and to design secure, scalable data workspace governance. You will craft Power BI reports, semantic models, and DAX measures to enable enterprise analytics across the organization.

Collaboration with data engineers, stakeholders, and tech teams is essential to deliver high-quality analytics solutions while optimizing performance and ensuring BAU

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Proven AWS-to-Fabric enterprise architecture or migration work.
• Strong knowledge of Fabric tenant administration, security, governance, and workspace management.
• Advanced DAX, Power Query, and SQL skills.
• Understanding of Power BI semantic models and data relationships.
• Experience with testing, deployment, defect resolution, and production support.
• Knowledge of DirectQuery architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, integration, and analytics best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise architecture for migrating data solutions from AWS to Microsoft Fabric.
• Design and implement Fabric security models, governance, workspace structures, and tenant administration.
• Establish and maintain a BAU operating model with monitoring and incident management.
• Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
• Build complex DAX measures, transformations with Power Query, and data solutions using SQL.
• Create semantic models, data relationships, and scalable data structures for reporting.
• Perform testing, deployment, defect resolution, and production support across environments.
• Apply DirectQuery performance optimization techniques and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Establish best practices around Fabric governance, deployment, security, performance, and operations.
