Job summary

Zachry Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Power BI/Analytics professional to design and maintain dashboards that integrate financial and operational data. You will build data models, transform data from ERP sources, and deliver insights to support FP&A and performance monitoring.

The role requires strong Excel, DAX, and Power Query skills, with experience in an offshore setup and effective communication with US stakeholders. Philippines-based offshore role, PST-like timezone alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Has at least 3 years of experience in Power BI, reporting, or data analytics.
• Exposure to FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, or performance tracking.
• Background in shared services environment is a plus.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization) and Power Query.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power Pivot).
• Experience with ERP or business systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL or data modeling concepts is a plus.
• Ability to translate data relationships into structured models and meaningful reports.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in an offshore setup.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for reporting.
• Develop data models linking financial and operational data.
• Translate data into clear insights for decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and usability of reports.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from ERP systems and other sources.
• Build data pipelines using Power Query.
• Structure datasets for scalable reporting.
• Support FP&A with trend and variance analysis.
• Identify drivers, patterns, and anomalies in data.
• Create interactive dashboards using DAX and visuals.
• Collaborate with US FP&A and accounting stakeholders.
• Deliver outputs within agreed timelines.
