Marbill Technologies, part of Luna Group, is seeking a skilled Power BI Analyst to join its fully remote BI team. You will develop, maintain, and optimize our reporting ecosystem, with a strong focus on finance, risk monitoring, and operational metrics.

You will work at the intersection of complex data modeling, business analytics, and executive decision-making, translating business needs into scalable BI solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and delivering actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in BI development or data analytics.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Build and maintain data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
• Work with SQL and different data sources to extract, validate, and analyze data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into BI solutions.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and improve existing reports, datasets, and refresh processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Architect and maintain N8N workflows to enhance our product's intelligence.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), Data Modeling (Star Schema), and Power BI Service (workspaces, refresh management).
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and data transformation for reporting.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and user-centric dashboard design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work in Agile environments with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with the Azure ecosystem (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks).
• Advanced Power BI features: Dataflows, Row-Level Security (RLS), deployment pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of data governance, report lifecycle management, and BI development best practices.
• Experience with financial, risk, or fraud reporting is a significant plus.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms or data warehouses.
