Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Proven experience administering Power BI in an enterprise environment.
• Strong governance, tenant admin, workspaces, gateways, security, and pipelines.
• Experience managing Git repositories with branching and PRs.
• Experience automating workflows using PowerShell, Python, Azure DevOps or REST APIs.
• Designing or supporting CI/CD and release management for analytics/BI platforms.
• Strong environment management and deployment governance across dev, test, and production.
• Ability to troubleshoot platform, refresh, access, deployment issues.
• Excellent documentation, communication, stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise Power BI environment (tenants, workspaces, gateways).
• Manage Git repository for BI assets including PRs and branching.
• Develop automation for admin tasks and deployment workflows.
• Govern deployment pipelines across Dev, Test, Prod.
• Enforce governance standards for datasets, security, and releases.
• Monitor platform health, usage, refresh performance, gateway reliability.
• Collaborate with BI developers and data engineers on reports lifecycle.
• Implement CI/CD for Power BI content.
• Ensure data security, access control, auditability.
• Document procedures and deployment standards.
• Provide guidance on development standards and production support.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency via automation.
