Job summary

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. in Iloilo seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for our poultry processing facility in Corden Iloilo.

You will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure proper storage and dispatch, maintain cold chain integrity, implement FIFO/FEFO, and work with Production, QA, and Logistics to keep accurate inventory and high food-safety standards.

This role requires a degree in logistics or related field and 2–4 years of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Eng or related field.
• 2–4 years warehouse experience in poultry or food manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Familiarity with HACCP and GMP food safety standards.
• Experience in poultry processing or food facility is an advantage.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in a poultry processing environment.
• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials.
• Ensure proper cold storage management and temperature monitoring.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO to maintain product quality.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Logistics for daily activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct cycle counts and monthly physical inventory.
• Investigate and report inventory variances, damages, expiries.
• Ensure documentation for inbound and outbound transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and pest control standards.
• Support audits and inspections (internal and external).
