University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is offering a full-time postdoctoral fellowship in the Fan Laboratory within the Department of Dermatology. The role centers on cancer immunology and NK cell biology to study skin cancer using molecular, cellular, genomic, and animal-model approaches.
The successful candidate will be mentored by Dr. Xiying Fan, work with researchers, and have opportunities to propose independent studies that complement ongoing projects.
A postdoctoral position is available in the Fan Laboratory in the Department of Dermatology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. The Fan Laboratory investigates the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying cancer immunoediting in skin cancer. Current research focuses on understanding the role of natural killer (NK) cells in shaping tumor evolution and controlling cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) progression using molecular, cellular, genomic, and animal model approaches.
This full-time postdoctoral position will support NIH-funded and foundation-funded research projects. The successful candidate will be mentored by Dr. Xiying Fan and work closely with other research assistants in the lab. The postdoctoral fellow will have the opportunity to work independently and propose studies that complement ongoing and expand upon projects in the lab

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE:
$63,480 to $64,380
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt.
