Qualifications

• Experience in cashiering with POS is preferred
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar industry
• Average communication and people skills
• Computer literate and capable with basic software

Responsibilities

• Perform basic math to collect payments and give correct change
• Operate registers, scanners, scales and card terminals
• Balance cash drawer and generate sales reports
• Accept payments, ensure accuracy of prices/quantities and provide receipts
• Handle exchanges and refunds quickly and efficiently
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and keep checkout area clean and orderly
