EY, a leading global professional services firm, seeks a Portfolio Internal Business Advisor to provide strategic financial advisory support for internal partners using SAP processes to manage EY project portfolios.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, analytics-driven insights, and collaboration with regional finance teams to improve project performance and client value in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• You are fluent and effective English speaker (C2 level).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a corporate organization preferably in finance/business/customer service area.
• Strong knowledge of financial metrics and dependencies including ability to calculate variances quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ensure engagement teams are properly prepared for client negotiations from a financial perspective.
• Explain downstream impacts of different user choices required in SAP.
• Provide instruction and guidance on the preparation of external client project completion estimate processes and corresponding financial impacts.
• Advise client servers on the best financial outcome; leveraging strong soft skill abilities and global mindset to adapt personal style where needed.
• Use strong analytical skills to determine individuals/teams in need of proactive outreach to improve financial performance; build relationships with regional service line finance teams.
• Leverage system and finance expertise to prepare for discussions, prioritizing topics and knowing when to bring in other experts.
• Periodically review and update various system rates, and the targets for the region.
• Identify troubled projects and coordinate with relevant teams to move the project forward.
