Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or diploma in Recreation, Physical Education, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
• Must have Valid Lifeguard License from a recognized organization.
• Must have current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• Previous experience as a lifeguard in a hotel, resort, water park, sports club, or similar recreational facility is preferred.

• Manage daily facility and swimming pool operations, ensuring efficient communication, service delivery, and operational excellence across all departments.
