Responsibilities

• Monitor the swimming pool and surrounding areas to help ensure the safety of residents, guests, and visitors.
• Ensure that pool rules and regulations are properly observed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including pool decks, chairs, tables, and other facilities.
• Perform basic pool cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
• Check and report any damaged equipment, safety hazards, or maintenance concerns to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure that pool equipment and cleaning materials are properly stored after use.
• Assist residents and guests with basic inquiries regarding pool schedules and rules.
• Monitor unauthorized persons or improper activities within the pool area.
• Immediately report accidents, incidents, emergencies, or violations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and instructions from management.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
