Job summary

Comtech Precision Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Pollution Control Officer (PCO) to join our team in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. This full-time role ensures the company’s compliance with environmental laws, DENR requirements, and sustainability initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, DENR-accredited PCO preferred, and at least one year of manufacturing experience, with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in environmental compliance or pollution control.
• Preferably an accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) by the DENR.
• Knowledge of Philippine environmental laws and DENR regulations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Philippine environmental laws, DENR regulations, and permit requirements.
• Prepare, monitor, and submit environmental reports and documentary requirements to government agencies.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections, audits, and permit applications or renewals.
• Monitor waste management, pollution control measures, and environmental performance.
• Conduct environmental inspections and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote environmental awareness by conducting training and orientation programs for employees.
• Maintain accurate environmental records and documentation.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives related to environmental compliance and sustainability.
