TSMG Holding is seeking a proactive Point of Contact Coordinator to build relationships with local communities and businesses, recruit participant groups, and coordinate project activities for a Robotics AI data collection initiative.

You will identify and engage local sources, manage schedules, and serve as the main liaison between participants and the operations team to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding throughout the project.

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, community management, event coordination, or business development is preferred but not required.

Success in This Role

A successful Point of Contact Coordinator consistently builds strong local partnerships, recruits qualified participant groups, ensures smooth communication throughout the project, and helps maintain high participant engagement and successful completion of scheduled recording sessions.

What You Will Do:
