Qualifications

• Relevant experience in plumbing and gardening/landscaping, preferably in a commercial or institutional setting.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.
• Good communication skills to interact with employees and report on maintenance activities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine plumbing maintenance and repairs, such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains.
• Maintain the cooperative's gardens and outdoor spaces, including mowing and trimming.
• Monitor and manage the irrigation system for optimal water usage.
• Assist with minor building maintenance tasks as needed.
• Report issues to the facilities management team.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cooperative's gardens and outdoor spaces, including mowing, trimming, and weeding
• Monitoring and managing the irrigation system to ensure optimal water usage
• Assisting with minor building maintenance tasks as needed
• Reporting any issues or concerns to the facilities management team
• Ensuring a safe and clean work environment for all employees and visitors
