ROVING PLUMBER
Duties and Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures
Respond to plumbing issues across assigned locations
Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot leaks, clogged drains, pipe damage, and water pressure issues
Install and repair faucets, sinks, toilets, pumps, and other plumbing fixtures
Perform pipe fitting, cutting, and welding as needed
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
Submit daily accomplishment reports
Coordinate with maintenance team and supervisors
Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
High School Graduate or Vocational Course in Plumbing
With NC II in Plumbing (preferred but not required)
With at least 1–2 years of plumbing experience
Knowledgeable in plumbing tools and equipment
Willing to do field work and travel to different sites
