Job summary

RTX, a global aerospace and defense leader, is hiring for an onsite role in the Philippines. The position focuses on operating plastics fabrication machinery, performing setups, and ensuring quality per drawings while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

The ideal candidate will read 2D drawings, use calipers and gauges, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at the Batangas site.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings and blueprints.
• Experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and gauges.
• Adheres to safety and EHS practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate Thermwood, Thermoforming, and other plastics fabrication-related machines.
• Perform machine setup and basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to drawing and quality requirements.
• Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring tools and gauges.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
