Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Plant Production Manager to oversee daily plant operations and lead a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced setting. The role requires strong leadership and a solid background in compliance and quality systems.

The ideal candidate will align plant performance with policy standards, coordinate with purchasing for supply chain efficiency, and ensure regulatory requirements are consistently met across all operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management or related field.
• Minimum 6 years as Plant Production Manager.
• Experience with GMP, GHP, GLP, HACCP systems management.

Responsibilities

• Plant Operations & Personnel Management: Supervises daily plant operations and monitors employee performance to meet goals.
• Policy & System Implementation: Develops, reviews, and enforces plant systems per policies and procedures.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborates with Purchasing to manage supply and demand efficiently.
• Quality Control Oversight: Guides Quality Control in product acceptance, rejections, and rework processes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensures adherence to government policies and environmental standards.
