Job summary

BELMAN LABORATORIES is seeking a Plant Electrician / Mechanic for a full-time, on-site role in Metro Manila. You will install, maintain and repair electrical systems, motors, control panels and production machinery, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

You’ll diagnose issues, troubleshoot equipment failures, assist with upgrades, follow safety standards, keep maintenance records, and collaborate with plant operations to ensure reliable, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience with motors, control panels, and production machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering principles for plant operations.
• Familiarity with safety standards, lockout/tagout, and local codes.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and equipment manuals.
• Technical diploma or vocational training in electrical or mechanical fields; licensing is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing or chemical processing preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and mechanical equipment in the plant.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose issues and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Assist in equipment upgrades and follow safety/regulatory standards.
