Job summary

A reputable auditing firm in the Philippines seeks candidates for an auditing role focused on internal functions, inventory management, and compliance. Qualifications

• Candidate at least College Graduate of any 4 years business course.
• Preferably experience in Inventory Auditing.
• Willing to do fieldworks.
• Willing to work on Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal Audit Function, particularly on operation, inventory, and showroom accountability.
• Protect company assets against fraud and theft.
• Ensure compliance with management rules and policies.
• Verify accuracy of records through checks of documents and inventory.
• Travel to various locations to perform audits.
• Check correctness of cash declarations and inventory items.
• Report discrepancies and suspicious activities to head office.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform internal Audit Function, particular on operation, inventory and showroom accountability
• Protect company assets against fraud and theft
• Ensure the local management/plant are complying with the rules and policy set by the management
• Verify and check the accurateness of records by doing mathematical checking of documents and actual inventory of such;
• Travel to various location (showrooms ,plants ,sub warehouse and other location to perform inventory and other accountability audit
• Check on the correctness of declaration on cash and other cash item, Inventories, back-loads, under fill, buffer stock etc.
• Report to head office any discrepancies(shortage),theft, suspicious activities and other unfavorable circumstances for the company
