Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Planning and Operations Specialist in Taguig to support Usage Governance programs. The role involves analyzing program performance, validating new revenue initiatives, and ensuring timely task completion across Salesforce and related tools.

Key duties include dashboard creation, data integrity, process governance, and stakeholder collaboration across regions and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Experience creating dashboards with PowerBI.
• Tableau experience is a plus.
• Proven Salesforce Reporting capabilities.
• Strong SQL skills and Snowflake data access.
• Advanced Excel with macros and data analysis.
• Ability to map and optimize processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process Usage program tasks through related tools with strict deadlines.
• Action back-office tasks in Salesforce: opening, approving, closing opportunities.
• Manage invoices and produce revenue reports (achievements and losses).
• Identify issues by Region, Product or Market through analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and timeliness; fix inconsistencies promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date program policies and guidelines.
• Build relationships with team members and global stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new Salesforce members and testing of new programs.
• Serve as single point of contact for inquiries related to a program.

Job description

The Planning and Operations Specialist is a key member of the Usage Governance team. This role involves direct interaction with Global Usage Program Managers, Sales teams, and related Management teams.

This position is diverse in nature, providing support for a variety of established programs, including program performance analysis. Additionally, the Specialist will assist in the creation and validation testing of new revenue-generating programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Usage program tasks through related tools, ensuring strict deadlines are met.
  • Action all back-office process through Salesforce and other reporting, covering maintenance of opportunities: opening, approval, closure.
  • Manage all invoices and create reports identifying revenue achievements and revenue lost.
  • Identify areas of concern through analysis by Region, Product or Market.
• Focus on and ensure accuracy and timeliness of data; identifying and correcting inconsistencies in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the program’s policy, processes, and guidelines are created, updated, implemented and maintained.
• Maintain a good working relationship with Team Members and global stakeholders.

Salesforce Tool:

• Monitoring of Salesforce opportunities and activity.
• Managing Salesforce opportunities based on current client data.
• Responding in a timely manner to queries from members and stakeholders globally.
• Support the onboarding of new members onto Salesforce.
• Provide support to members when testing new programs or revenue opportunities.
• Act as the single point of contact for team members and sales for any inquiries related to a program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and sales.

Required Skills:

• Experience in creating dashboards using PowerBI.
  • Additional experience with Tableau a plus
• Salesforce Reporting
• Proven experience managing multiple deliverables with shifting priorities
• Experience with deadline driven project management
• Experience managing large sets of data and related problem-solving
• Advanced SQL capabilities, ability to pull/process data directly from Snowflake database.
• Expert level Excel, with ability to create macros.
• Ability to create analysis and identify trends.
• Process management, including process mapping
• Excellent communications and presentation skills – written and spoken.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications e.g. Word, PowerPoint
• Shift Flexibility (Our key clients are based out in Americas)
• Ability to operate with minimal guidance.
• Refinitiv/LSEG data and systems knowledge
• Financial industry knowledge
