Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation's Plan Sponsor Services is seeking an Electronic File Eligibility Analyst to provide technical expertise, support, and customer service for the transmission and upload of demographic, eligibility, and contribution data files into Manulife systems.

In a fast-paced PMA team, you will load and report on member data, analyze client data, assist with testing, and coordinate with IS and other departments to ensure accurate uploads and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
  • Experience in a technical role; preferably related to review and/or manipulation of large data files.
  • Proficient in MS Office with an intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Excel.
  • Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills and experience.
  • Customer service experience, with a high aptitude for relationship building – internally and with clients.
  • Ability to multi-task concurrent/parallel activities and adapt to a continuously changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage caseloads within a team with the ability to organize and prioritize in order to ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Liaise with the IS team on data/system issues and provide testing support

Job description

The Electronic File Eligibility Analyst in Plan Member Administration (PMA) is responsible for providing technical expertise, support, and customer service to clients and staff within Plan Sponsor Services to ensure the successful transmission and upload of demographic, eligibility, and contribution data files into Manulife systems.

The Electronic Analyst works within a fast-paced team where information integrity, turn-around time, and responsiveness are critical to ensure accuracy and a positive client experience with Manulife.

Position Responsibilities
