Job summary

Creative Synergies Group in Manila seeks a Senior Piping S3D Designer to develop and maintain 3D piping models for Oil & Gas facilities. You will perform routing studies and equipment layouts based on P&IDs, Line Lists, Plot Plans, and vendor data, ensuring safe operations and accessibility.

The role requires 10 years of piping design experience and proficiency with Smart 3D (S3D). You will participate in design reviews, model checks, and data integrity efforts throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of piping design experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Proficiency with Smart 3D (S3D) and related piping tools.
• Experience with P&ID data, line lists, plot plans, and vendor data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain piping 3D models using Smart 3D (S3D).
• Perform piping routing studies and equipment layout from P&IDs, Line Lists, and plot plans.
• Model piping, supports, equipment, skids, and maintenance envelopes.
• Ensure accessibility, safe operations, and ergonomic considerations in layouts.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve interferences per project procedures.
• Support extraction and verification of model-based deliverables from S3D.

Specific Technical Skill required:

• Develop and maintain piping 3D models using Smart 3D (S3D) for an Oil & Gas facility.
• Perform piping routing studies and equipment layout development based on P&IDs, Line Lists, Plot Plans, vendor data, and project specifications.
• Model piping, pipe supports, support clips, equipment, skids, support pedestals, and maintenance/access envelopes.
• Develop piping layouts that consider safe operations, equipment accessibility, maintenance access, withdrawal spaces, operator access routes, ergonomic requirements, HFE,
• Perform clash detection and resolve model interferences using project procedures.
• Ensure piping arrangements provide adequate access to valves, instruments, equipment, and maintenance zones.
• Perform design reviews and model checks to identify clashes, inconsistencies, and design issues.
• Incorporate model review comments and maintain model quality throughout project execution.
• Support extraction and verification of model-based deliverables generated from S3D.
• Maintain model quality and data integrity in accordance with project procedures.
