Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in MEP Construction Projects.
• Educational background: High School or Trade School or Diploma.
• Ability to review blueprints and plan piping system layouts and install/maintain piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain piping systems in industrial, commercial and residential properties.
• Review blueprints and plan piping system layouts.
• Secure pipes to walls and fixtures with brackets, clamps and welding equipment.
• Order materials such as pipes, hangers, brackets, and hydraulic cylinders.
• Repair and maintain pipe systems, supports and related equipment.
• Test pipe systems and ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Comply with relevant codes and regulatory standards.

• Install and maintain piping systems in industrial, Commercial & residential properties- Review blueprints and plan piping system
• layouts- Install and maintain piping systems and related Fire Fighting System, Chilled Water System, Water Supply System- Ensure
• efficient and safe system operation
• Securing pipes to walls and fixtures with brackets, clamps, and welding equipment.
• Ordering required materials such as pipes, hangars, brackets, hydraulic cylinders, etc.
• Repairing and maintaining pipe systems, supports, and related equipment.
• Clearing pipe systems of obstructions and testing their functionality.
• Complying with relevant codes and regulatory standard
