Job summary

TOPSERVE SERVICE SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a skilled Pipefitter for our Manila area operations. The role involves installing, fabricating, repairing piping systems, and reading complex blueprints.

You will collaborate with welders, maintenance staff, and engineers to ensure safe, efficient project execution. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of related experience, is physically fit, and willing to work in confined spaces, overtime, weekends, and project-based schedules.

Qualifications

• High School, Vocational, or Technical Course graduate.
• 1-3 years of pipe fitting, fabrication, or industrial maintenance experience.
• Manufacturing, construction, or industrial experience is an advantage.
• TESDA Pipefitting NC II / SMAW NC II or equivalent is an advantage.
• BOSH Training is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Willing to work in confined spaces, overtime, weekends, and project-based schedules.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, modify, and repair piping systems, valves, and fittings.
• Measure, cut, thread, bend, and fit pipes.
• Read blueprints, piping layouts, and technical drawings.
• Perform pipe fabrication and modification works.
• Conduct leak and pressure testing.
• Assist in plant maintenance, equipment installation, and projects.
• Troubleshoot piping issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Coordinate with welders, maintenance staff, and engineers.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
