Qualifications

• Certified Fitness Instructor with current credentials.
• Certified Pilates Instructor required.
• Experience teaching Pilates classes or private sessions.
• Knowledge of Pilates techniques, proper form, posture, and breathing.
• Familiar with Pilates equipment, especially Reformer and Mat Pilates.
• Knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and safe exercise practices.
• Able to modify exercises based on clients' fitness levels and needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises properly.
• Reliable, patient, and client-oriented.
