Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
• Create customized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment, and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
