Maxicare Health Care is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our primary care team. You will help patients regain mobility, improve function, and achieve wellness goals through personalized, evidence-based therapy delivered in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and planning treatment; delivering manual therapy and therapeutic exercises; educating patients and caregivers on home programs; collaborating with physicians and nurses

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and patient-handling skills.
• PRC licensed Physical Therapist with BS Therapy degree.
• 1–2 years’ experience preferred.

What You'll Do

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop customized treatment plans for patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or movement dysfunction

• Deliver therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercises, and pain management techniques

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and recovery strategies

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of BS Therapy; with valid PRC license

Experience/Knowledge:

• 1–2 years’ experience as Physical Therapist is preferred

• Strong interpersonal and patient-handling skills

• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities

Traits:

• Quick learner and adaptable in a high-volume, fast-paced clinic environment

• Amenable to rotational shifts (5-day work week, varying rest days)
