The incumbent will design and implement rehab programs, prepare patients for procedures, monitor progress, educate families, and ensure rehab equipment is safe and functional. This position supports MediCard’s mission of affordable, quality healthcare nationwide.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability.
• Prepare patients for rehab procedures and perform therapies such as exercise, massage, heat, or hydrotherapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on proper care and exercise programs.
• Maintain and inspect rehabilitation equipment regularly.

• Responsible for physical therapy programs to restore function, prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of a body partPrepare patients for rehab procedures, conducts therapy involving physical exercise, massage, heat, water, etc
• Monitor the physical therapy progress of patient
• Educate patients and family in proper care and use of various support and exercise program
• Maintain and perform regular inspection on all rehab equipment
