MicroSourcing is seeking a Photo Retoucher / Image Editor for a hybrid nightshift role in Eastwood, QC. You will perform professional retouching for web and print, coordinate with photographers, and maintain organized asset libraries, while adhering to strict file naming and archival standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced Photoshop for retouching and cleanup.
• Strong digital asset management and data organization.
• Experience using Jira for task tracking.
• Proficient MS Office skills.
• Willingness to perform overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Correct color balance, adjust shadow/highlight values, and perform professional-grade retouching for web and print.
• Collaborate with photographers and department leads throughout production lifecycles.
• Apply strict file naming conventions, formats, and structural organization across all assets.
• Catalog and archive extensive photographic files categorized by automotive manufacturer, model year, make, and trim level.
• Audit and maintain the media image database to ensure accuracy and synchronization.
• Document project progress in Jira by logging work hours and providing technical comments.
