Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support healthcare and BPO clients. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably including grievance handling and case appeals.

You’ll start on a full onsite basis during training and transition to a hybrid setup (2x onsite per week) once production begins in Taguig. Strong written and verbal communication, plus solid MS Office skills, are essential as you navigate back-office operations and data-driven tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a BPO or healthcare account.
• Preferably with grievance handling and case appeals experience.
• Experience in back-office/non-voice operations is preferred.
• Willing to work full onsite during training and hybrid (2x onsite per week) upon production in Taguig.
