Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, healthcare, or related field is required.
• Experience in PhilHealth processing, billing, or healthcare administration is preferred.
• Knowledge of PhilHealth policies and claims processing is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is required.
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling documents; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor PhilHealth claims and related documents.
• Verify patient records and ensure completeness of requirements.
• Coordinate with patients regarding PhilHealth concerns and deficiencies.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain records and reports related to PhilHealth transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and claims processing.
• Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with PhilHealth guidelines.
• Assist in handling patient inquiries related to PhilHealth benefits and coverage.
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.
