The role requires strong attention to detail, strict adherence to rubrics, and the ability to determine whether questions are answerable from published biology knowledge. Remote 2-week engagement.

Qualifications

• PhD in Biology or a relevant field.
• Excellent attention to detail in evaluating questions.
• Ability to follow detailed rubrics and guidelines precisely.
• Available to work full-time for a 2-week freelance engagement.
• Able to work 8 hours per day, including shifts outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Review 50–100 biology questions per day.
• Assess scientific accuracy based on current biology knowledge.
• Check questions for clarity and ambiguous wording.
• Evaluate whether questions are appropriate for PhD-level difficulty.
• Assess answer quality, including the correctness of the answer and plausibility of distractors.
• Verify that questions are answerable based on current published biology knowledge.
• Flag questions that do not meet quality standards.
• Contribute to quality-check processes.
