Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks an experienced pharmaceutical manufacturing professional to operate equipment and execute drug product processes in a cGMP environment at the Tuas site. You will ensure real-time documentation, batch records, and compliance with production schedules.

The role requires 8+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, strong knowledge of cGMP, and hands-on experience with equipment. Fast-paced GMP setting experience and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Operates pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and executes drug product manufacturing processes in compliance with cGMP requirements and production schedules.
• Execute drug product manufacturing operations including dispensing, blending, granulation, compression, coating, and filling
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
• Complete batch records, logbooks, and GMP documentation accurately and in real-time
• Perform in-process controls, sampling, and checks as specified in batch records
• Maintain cleanliness and GMP compliance in production areas
• Identify and report process deviations, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns
• Participate in equipment qualification and cleaning validation activities
• Attend and apply GMP training programs
