Job summary

CERVO DRUGSTORE AND MEDICAL CLINIC is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role supports pharmacists, helps dispense medications, and delivers excellent customer service to patients and visitors.

You will work with our healthcare team to maintain accurate records, manage stock, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Previous pharmacy experience is preferred, with a strong focus on detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with medications.
• Proficiency with computer systems and pharmacy software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, pharmacists, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with preparation and dispensing under supervision
• Receive, sort, and organize pharmaceutical stock and inventory
• Maintain records of medication transactions and patient information
• Conduct routine stock checks and notify pharmacists of low inventory
• Operate pharmacy systems and equipment to process prescriptions
• Provide courteous customer service to patients and visitors
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy safety protocols and hygiene standards
• Clean and maintain the pharmacy workspace and equipment
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Assist with administrative duties such as answering phones and scheduling appointments
