Job summary

Seven Circle Pharma Inc in Metro Manila is seeking an attentive Inventory Clerk to help receive, check, and organize pharmaceutical stocks and medical supplies, and to prepare and pack customer orders accurately.

You will monitor inventory levels, maintain proper storage, encode sales and delivery records, assist with invoicing and filing, and coordinate with delivery personnel and warehouse staff while ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Senior High School diploma or higher acceptable.
• Experience in pharmacy, retail, warehouse, or distribution is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing pharmaceutical stocks and medical supplies
• Prepare and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels and report low or expiring stocks
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of medicines according to company standards
• Encode sales, inventory, and delivery records into the system
• Assist with invoicing, documentation, and filing
• Coordinate with delivery personnel and warehouse staff
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety procedures
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management
