Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc. is hiring for a Pharmacovigilance professional to join our global drug safety team.

You will process and review ICReports and adverse events, perform MedDRA coding, and craft safety narratives while maintaining data integrity in Argus, Veeva, or similar systems. We seek candidates with 1–2 years of PV experience, strong knowledge of MedDRA, and the ability to ensure compliance with PV regulations.

Qualifications

• Pharmacovigilance experience required, with ICSR handling.
• Experience with Argus Safety, Oracle Argus or Veeva Safety systems.
• Familiarity with MedDRA coding and AE reporting.
• Ability to write safety narratives and conduct QA checks.
• Knowledge of safety workflows and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process and review ICSEs? Wait fix: ICSRs
• Process and review Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs)
• Adverse event case intake and data entry
• MedDRA and product coding activities
• Create and maintain safety narratives
• Quality review and quality control checks
• Manage safety workflows and case routing
• Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations
• Maintain data integrity in Argus, Veeva, or similar systems
